We want you to know that Energy Trust is here to help you navigate these difficult times and we remain committed to serving customers through our incentives and services. We have made adjustments so we can continue delivering our services when you need us, while ensuring compliance with local and state health authorities and the safety of our customers and employees. Here are some of the steps we have taken, along with tips and updates:

In-person visits are suspended: The safety of our communities and employees is our highest priority and we are following all local, state and CDC-recommended guidelines to keep everyone safe. Because of this, our team has suspended on-site visits and in-unit installation of free energy-saving products.

Phone and email channels are open: All of our Energy Advisors are available by phone, video chat or email to assist with project consulting, applications, safety concerns, capital planning and other operational improvements.

Incentive processing continues: Incentive processing continues uninterrupted and on schedule. If you have any questions or need assistance submitting your incentive applications, please contact us! Project forms can be found here.
