New recorded presentation: watch video highlights of our draft 2020 budget and action plan

Energy Trust employees explaining the budget

Energy Trust recently published a new recorded presentation that summarizes our draft 2020 budget and action plans. In the presentation, Executive Director Michael Colgrove shares highlights of our draft budget and proposed activities we will undertake next year to help customers benefit from the lowest cost and cleanest energy available—energy efficiency and renewable power.

Public feedback is welcome until October 30. On October 16, Energy Trust held a public workshop to solicit input on the 2020 budget and action plans. Members of the public joined Energy Trust advisory council members to talk with staff about their plans for next year. Staff hosted informational tables about budget topics such as residential, commercial and renewable program strategies, communications and outreach, evaluation and more.

Their feedback, along with the input we receive from now until October 30, will guide our outreach and program strategies that help Oregon and southwest Washington utility customers save energy and generate renewable power. The budget and action plans are developed collaboratively with our utility partners Portland General ElectricPacific PowerNW NaturalCascade Natural Gas and Avista.
