In April 2010, The NW Energy Coalition presented Energy Trust with the Bob Olsen Memorial Conservation Eagle award — its highest honor — for exhibiting leadership in building a clean and affordable energy future. “Energy Trust provides an example of how we can develop the clean energy we need; and it’s done with bill savings, job creation, and business investment and development,” said Sara Patton, executive director, NW Energy Coalition. “We need more of what you do.” The award was formally presented at a recent Energy Trust Board of Directors meeting. “The Eagle award is one of the most coveted awards in energy policy in the Northwest, and we are proud to receive it,” said Jason Eisdorfer, board member, Energy Trust.
