In a recent interview with Multifamily Executive, Nate Brusselback, owner of South Hills Apartments, details his decision to work with Energy Trust of Oregon. Nate installed energy-efficiency solutions, including energy efficient vinyl-frame windows, each with a U-value of 0.30, at his multifamily properties throughout Eastern Oregon. “It seemed like a no-brainer upgrade from my perspective. It’s a win-win for me and the tenants. I’m getting help paying for it, and they’re getting a superior product, they’re probably going to stay longer, and they’re going to have lower power bills.”
