Additional bonus incentives available to Existing Building customers

To make energy-efficient upgrades more affordable, Energy Trust will offer limited-time bonus incentives for commercial gas customers in Oregon and Washington who upgrade their domestic water heater with a gas-fired condensing commercial tank water heater.

The base incentives and bonus amounts below apply to Existing Buildings in Oregon and both Existing and New Buildings in Southwest Washington. Multifamily buildings in Southwest Washington are NOT eligible for this bonus.

Commercial tank water heater bonus incentive available for Oregon and Washington commercial gas customers who upgrade their domestic water heater to a gas-fired condensing commercial tank water heater. This bonus incentive is available for Existing Buildings in Oregon, and Existing and New Buildings in Washington. Washington multifamily buildings in are not eligible for this bonus.

Equipment must be purchased and installed after March 1, 2020. Incentive application and all required documentation must be received by Energy Trust within 90 days of the date of purchase and installation—but no later than October 31, 2020.

Commercial condensing HVAC boiler bonus incentive available for Washington commercial gas customers who upgrade their primary condensing boiler used for space heating. This bonus incentive is available for Existing and New Buildings, Existing Multifamily and New Multifamily Buildings in Washington.
